The Nové Lauby residential project is the result of the cooperation between the Sdružení BBB Nové Lauby investor, the renowned znamení čtyř – architekti studio, and the city of Ostrava. This pioneering concept aims to revive the city center and advance its rental housing options. The city will purchase a portion of the apartments and offer them for this very purpose. This unique approach has the potential to accelerate the development of other similar projects.

The Nové Lauby apartment complex will offer 85 studio to three-bedroom units. Spread out from the 1st to the 5th floors, 52 of these will be for sale along with two studios and four non-residential premises. The most premium and generously apportioned apartments on the highest floor will boast beautiful views of the city center and surrounding area, especially from their private rooftop terraces.
